With a mixture of Osteopathic principles and Exercise physiology we are able to offer a more individually suited exercise routines.

These can be made as part of a treatment protocol or for people looking to improve themselves physically.

The pattern of these workouts is to firstly assess the body through a number of physical tests and assessments and then tailor exercises to bring the body back to a physical balance and then once the body is in balance begin building the desired and practical body you want.
